The Governmental Committee of the Russian Federation on Biological and Chemical Safety was created on 9 February 2005 (statement #64, http://www.government.ru/). The member list was established. Academician M. A. Paltsev, Rector of the I. M. Sechenov MMA, Chairman of the Scientific Technical Council of NP "TEMPO", is the member of the Committee.
